Project

Pathfinder was one of the most important transformation projects at Komerční banka. Its aim was to bring a new technological and business approach to the sale of bank products. Technologically, the project introduced new principles of microservice architecture to the bank. Consumer loans were selected for the business piloting of the new concept.

Our role in the project

Openwise consultants were strongly involved in business architecture and were responsible for leading a team of analysts at one of the key software components, the IBM MDM-based product catalogue. At the technical level, they participated in the project delivery itself.
